Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your EveryFeed account

The fastest deletion method is available inside EveryFeed:

1. Sign in and open Settings → Account.
2. Find the Security section and select “Delete account.”
3. Type DELETE and complete the verification step. Password accounts use the current password. Accounts created only with OAuth use a short-lived link sent to the verified email address.
4. Confirm permanent deletion.

If you are the owner of a workspace with other active members, you must transfer ownership first. You must also cancel or resolve any active subscription before deleting the owning account.

Disconnect a social account

To remove EveryFeed’s stored connection to a particular channel without deleting your EveryFeed account, open Connections, choose the channel, and disconnect it. You can also revoke EveryFeed from the connected platform’s app or security settings.

Disconnecting removes EveryFeed’s ability to use that credential. It does not delete posts or other content already sent to the platform.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email info@voltagent.dev from the address associated with the account. Use the subject “EveryFeed data deletion request” and include the account email and, if known, the workspace name.

Do not send a password, OAuth code, access token, or payment-card number. We will ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.

What happens after deletion

Account deletion permanently removes your user account and any workspace that you solely own from our active systems. Information belonging to a workspace that remains under another owner may remain with that workspace, and your access to it will end.

Limited records may remain where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes. Those records are restricted to the relevant purpose and retained only as necessary. Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you may also remain.

Content held by third-party platforms

Deleting EveryFeed does not delete content already published to a social network or other connected service. To delete that content or data held independently by a provider, use the provider’s own account and deletion tools. The provider’s privacy policy governs its copy.
