Who we are and what this policy covers
VoltAgent Inc. (“EveryFeed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the EveryFeed social publishing and content-management service. This Privacy Policy applies to our websites, applications, APIs, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
This policy does not govern a third-party social network, website, or service that you connect to or access through EveryFeed. Those services apply their own privacy notices to the information they process.
Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account and workspace information. Your name, username, email address, authentication method, workspace membership, role, preferences, and communications settings.
- Connected-channel information. When you connect a social or publishing account, we receive account identifiers, profile information, granted permissions, and authentication credentials such as access and refresh tokens. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
- Content and media. Drafts, scheduled and published posts, uploaded media, comments, approvals, tags, automation settings, prompts, and generated outputs that you create or provide through the Service.
- Channel and performance data. Publishing status, channel metadata, and analytics made available by the connected platforms.
- Billing information. Subscription tier, transaction status, billing contact, and related records. Payment-card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by EveryFeed.
- Usage, device, and security data. IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request and diagnostic logs, and security events.
- Support information. Messages, attachments, and other details you send when you contact us.
How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service;
- authenticate users and manage accounts, teams, subscriptions, and preferences;
- connect channels and, at your direction, draft, schedule, publish, retrieve, or analyze content;
- generate or process text, images, audio, and video when you request those features;
- send transactional, security, publishing-status, and account-related communications;
- troubleshoot problems, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service; and
- meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, your consent, or compliance with law.
Connected platforms, AI, and service providers
EveryFeed acts on the instructions you give us. When you connect a channel or publish content, we exchange information with that platform under the permissions you approve. Content already sent to a platform remains subject to that platform’s terms, privacy policy, and deletion controls.
If you use an AI or media-generation feature, the prompt, selected content, and necessary context may be sent to the provider used to complete that request. We also use vendors for functions such as cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, email delivery, media processing, reliability monitoring, and security. These providers may process information only to perform services for us, subject to their agreements with us and applicable law.
Google and YouTube API data
EveryFeed uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel, we may access the channel identifier and profile details, video metadata and publishing status, and channel or video analytics covered by the permissions you approve. We also process the videos, titles, descriptions, visibility choices, tags, and thumbnails you instruct us to upload.
We use this information only to connect your channel, show the channel and its available publishing options, upload content at your direction, report publishing results, and display analytics. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and are not shared for independent advertising purposes. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can disconnect YouTube in EveryFeed to delete the stored OAuth credentials and stop further API access. You can also revoke EveryFeed’s access from your Google security settings. Historical EveryFeed post records may retain the content, publishing result, and public video identifier needed for your workspace history, while cached YouTube credentials and connection-specific selection data are removed when you disconnect. You may delete the remaining EveryFeed data through the methods in our Data Deletion Instructions.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security and continuity, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected.
You can disconnect a channel at any time and can permanently delete your account through the Service. Deletion removes account data from active systems, subject to limited retention for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, and backup purposes. Content already published to a third-party platform is not automatically removed from that platform. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the process and important workspace details.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption of connected-account credentials at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password, protect your devices, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
International processing
EveryFeed is operated from the United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal our response or complain to your local data-protection authority.
You can update common account details and communication preferences in Settings. To exercise another privacy right, email info@voltagent.dev. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children
The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service or law changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required.
