Plans, usage & upgrade
See what you've used, change capacity, and manage billing yourself.
Open Upgrade in the sidebar — change capacity, update payment details, finish a trial, or control renewal from one place. Every billing action is owner-only; other members see the page read-only.
Current plan and usage
The top of the page shows your Current plan, the date that matters for it (Next renewal, Trial ends, or Access ends), and your Monthly posts for this billing window. Below it, a meter for each plan limit — with Used / Limit / Remaining for each:
- Channel usage — connected social accounts.
- Team — seats (members plus pending invitations).
- API credentials — keys created for integrations.
- Webhooks — configured webhook endpoints.
- Content feeds — RSS/Atom automations.
AI Apps has its own section: per-tool usage windows (AI Image, AI Video) with the same Used / Limit / Remaining plus the usage period.
The same limits surface in context around the app — the channel meter on Connections, the seat count on Team.
Change your plan
Under Capacity plans, pick the operating range that fits and click Review change. Switch the Billing interval between Monthly and Yearly (yearly shows its savings). Your current plan is marked with a badge.
The review dialog shows Stripe's exact numbers before you confirm — what's due immediately or credited, line by line. Upgrades and downgrades take effect right away, but a downgrade stays blocked while your current usage exceeds the target plan's limits.
Payment and invoices
Open Stripe billing portal to update the card, view invoices, or download receipts. EveryFeed never stores raw card details.
Stop or resume renewal
Need to stop? Cancel subscription asks for a short note about why, then schedules the cancellation — the workspace stays active until the end of the current period, and you can Reactivate subscription any time before that. On a trial, Finish trial now starts the paid plan immediately (a verified payment method is required, and Stripe may charge right away).
