Schedule a post
Put a post on the calendar to publish at the right time.
Scheduling sets when a post goes out. Once scheduled, it publishes automatically — no need to be online.
Schedule from the composer
Finish writing your post (see Write a post).
Click the date in the footer and pick when it should publish.
Click Schedule post — it lands on the calendar as Scheduled. Want it out right away? Post Now publishes immediately.
Starting from the calendar works too: the + on any day opens the composer with that date already set.
Find the next available slot
Not sure when? In the date picker, click Next available slot — EveryFeed fills in the next open time (it shows Finding… while it looks).
If your channels have weekly posting schedules, the finder uses those channel-local windows and skips times already taken. No schedules? It falls back to the next free half-hour.
A post only publishes if its channel is still connected at send time. If a channel shows Needs reconnect, fix it before the slot — see Manage channels.
