Review links
Share an expiring post preview, collect a decision, and keep approval history beside the post.
Need a client or teammate to sign off before a post goes out? Create a review link — an expiring, read-only preview anyone can open without an account.
Create a review link
On the calendar, open the post's ⋯ menu, choose Open group, then click Share for review.
Click +, pick a Link lifetime — 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days — and click Create secure link.
Copy this link now — the full URL is shown only once; afterwards the workspace keeps only a short prefix. Treat it like a password: anyone with the URL can view the preview until it expires or is revoked.
What the reviewer sees
A sanitized, read-only preview of the channel, schedule, copy, and media — nothing else. No organization settings, credentials, or internal comments.
To leave feedback, reviewers enter a display name and email (EveryFeed stores only a one-way hash of the email), comment, and record a Decision: Approve or Request changes, with an optional note.
Approval never publishes
A decision records review state only — it never schedules, edits, or publishes the post. Publishing stays in your workspace.
Feedback and history
Each review link keeps its own record beside the post:
- Team comments — internal notes; reviewers never see them.
- Decision history — every Approve / Request changes, with who and when.
- Audit trail — link created, decisions changed, link revoked.
Revoke a link
The link's creator or an organization admin can Revoke it any time. The public preview stops working immediately; comments and decision history stay in the audit trail. The link then shows Expired or revoked.
